Sarah Frost joined IJRC as a law fellow in 2014. She earned a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Loyola Law School in 2013 and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in International Human Rights Law from the University of Notre Dame in 2014. In spring 2014, she worked for the Disability Rights Legal Center, drafting memoranda regarding discrimination against persons with disabilities in Los Angeles County. During law school, Sarah served as Chief Articles Editor for the Loyola of Los Angeles International Comparative Law Review and Executive Managing Editor for the Los Angeles Public Interest Law Journal. In her role as Chief Articles Editor, she oversaw the work of the Inter-American Court of Human Rights Project, a law review project that produces summaries of Inter-American Court decisions for use by human rights advocates and scholars. Sarah also participated in the Loyola International Human Rights Clinic, where she prepared petitions for filing at the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights on behalf of victims of extrajudicial killings. In 2012, she completed an internship at the Human Rights Office of the Archdiocese of Guatemala. Sarah is a member of the State Bar of California.
