Clarissa Choy joined the International Justice Resource Center as a legal intern in 2015. Clarissa is a second-year law student at the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, where she is pursuing a Social Justice Concentration. She is a member of the Hastings-to-Haiti Partnership, an organization partnered with L’École Supérieure Catholique de Droit de Jérémie, a Haitian law school, to advance Haitian rule of law. Clarissa has worked or interned with several public interest organizations, including OneJustice and the AIDS Research Alliance.
Clarissa received her bachelor’s degree in communications and art history with a minor in health care-social issues from the University of California, San Diego. She hopes to pursue a career in international human rights advocacy and policy.
